Each year, Landes Chalosse celebrates its local gastronomical tradition and shares all its culinary know-how with the public during the month of October, in the "Week of Good Taste" - la Semaine du Goût.

You can participate in cooking workshops or buy a place as a gift. The themes are based on local knowledge of cuisine involving duck, traditional pastries such as tourtière and pastis, confectionery with chocolate, flowers and wild plants, and of course the the wines of Tursan.
