Run by local farmers and producers, these markets favour direct contact between producers and consumers. At our regular public events you can buy the freshest and best local produce directly from the land.

At the markets of our country producers, you'll find all you need to build a real gastronomic meal from starter to dessert, with the best products such as the chalosse beef, duck in all its forms, Gascon pork, free range chicken, Adour salmon, organic vegetables, cheese from cow, sheep and goat's milk, fruit, meat pies, and ice cream from the farm!
All this accompanied by a glass of Tursan wine or a producer's fruit juice (apple and pear are great favourites!)
A place to share the best local produce
Compose your menu with the dishes proposed and prepared by the local producers. They can be tasted directly on site thanks to tables set up for the occasion in the village square. Chat with the folks on the table next to yours - you'll be surprised how friendly and open they are!
Most often with a "banda" (a musical group), this is an opportunity to share one of our convivial social gatherings, so typical of the Southwest.
